Logan Lynch

Hi, my name is Logan Lynch. I spent my childhood and adolescence as a competitive athlete, and by the time I got to college, my body was all but destroyed. My muscles were tight, my joints in so much pain I would take an elevator up one story to avoid the stairs. Without any sports to compete in or athletic identity to live with, I quickly found myself lost and succumbing to newfound anxiety and depression. I knew I was too young to feel so lost and be in so much pain, which sparked my desire to heal the human body and mind. I've spent the last 8 years studying in various forms of fitness and mindfulness to find the best methods to a holistic healing of adult body and mind. My journey has taken me all over the world, studying yoga, meditation, calisthenics, weightlifting, and dance. I can now safely say I am in the least amount of pain in my 30's than I've ever been in my life. Having discovered the best path out of pain and into fulfillment for myself, I am turning my efforts to help guide others. No one has to be in pain, physically, or mentally. I'm honored to be your guide to a better life.
